Employment Work Permit:
Your employer or company will issue a work permit on your behalf which will be done by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE). The application will be printed from the Tasheel website where the Ministry of Labour will review your application and ask you to resubmit missing documents if any. Once the Ministry approves your work permit, it can be downloaded from the Ministry website. To obtain a work permit usually takes up to five working days upon submission of all documents. After which you can remain in the country and work until you finish your other formalities to get your labour card, employment visa, and Emirates ID. You can obtain a work permit without existing in the UAE and can avail of a change status service from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
